Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Delivery Terms

The estimated delivery date is displayed on each product page.

Delivery times depend on both the handling time and the shipping transit time for each product.

Handling and transit times are calculated in business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Same-day dispatch applies to orders placed before 2:00 p.m. GMT. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day.

Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and local delivery conditions.

We will promptly investigate the situation with the shipping carrier. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email, and most couriers will also send an SMS containing your tracking number.

Order & Shipping Notifications

Order Confirmation

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number.

Shipping Preparation

When your order is ready to ship, we will send you an email with:

  • Your tracking number

  • The name of the shipping carrier

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive another email with tracking information.

Depending on the courier, you may also receive a text message or phone notification before delivery.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact info@standardshirt.com immediately after placing your order.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 3 hours of purchase.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for available options.

Inspection Window

Customers have 5 days after delivery to inspect all products and accessories.

After this period, the shipment is considered accepted, and claims regarding shipping damage or missing items may no longer be accepted.

Tracking Numbers

Yes.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

If you do not receive your tracking information, please contact info@standardshirt.com.

Please note: Delivery estimates do not include weekends, public holidays, or delays caused by severe weather conditions.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your package during normal delivery hours.

Signature Required

For security purposes, Standard Shirt may require a signature upon delivery and/or purchase shipping insurance for domestic shipments.

Non-Delivery Scenarios

1. Non-Delivery Due to an Incorrect Shipping Address

1.1 Address Verification

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Please verify:

  • Recipient's name

  • Street address

  • City

  • Postal/ZIP code

  • Phone number

1.2 Responsibility

If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer assumes full responsibility.

1.3 Reshipping Fee

If the package is returned to us, a reshipping fee must be paid before another delivery attempt can be made.

We will notify you of the applicable fee.

1.4 Refund Deductions

If you choose not to have the package reshipped, or if a correct shipping address is not provided within a reasonable period, we may issue a refund minus:

  • Any shipping costs incurred by Standard Shirt (if applicable).

  • Any return or reshipping fees charged by the carrier.

2. Non-Delivery Due to Buyer Absence

2.1 Receiving Your Package

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they or an authorized recipient are available to receive the package.

2.2 Delivery Attempts

Shipping carriers will make reasonable delivery attempts.

If unsuccessful, they may leave a delivery notice or contact you directly.

2.3 Rescheduling Delivery

You may be able to reschedule delivery directly with the shipping carrier, subject to their policies.

2.4 Reshipping Fee

If the package is returned after repeated failed delivery attempts, a reshipping fee will apply.

2.5 Refund Deductions

If you decline reshipment, any refund may be reduced by:

  • Shipping costs incurred by Standard Shirt (if applicable).

  • Any carrier return or handling charges.
